Complaints

For consumers

As the seller, we are liable for the non-conformity of the product with the sales contract that exists at the time of delivery and is discovered within two years after that time, unless the durability of the product is longer. If a non-conformity is found, repair or replacement of the product may be requested. If repair or replacement is impossible or would entail disproportionate costs, the seller may refuse to restore conformity. In such cases, a price reduction or withdrawal from the contract may be declared in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.

For businesses

The seller ensures the delivery of a defect-free product and is liable under the warranty if a physical defect is discovered within two years of delivery. If a defect is found, the business buyer may request replacement, removal of the defect, a price reduction or withdrawal from the contract, unless the seller remedies the defect promptly or replaces the product.

Returns

Under Art. 38(3) of the Consumer Protection Act, there is no 14-day right of withdrawal because all products offered on www.wallissimo.com, such as custom photo wallpapers, canvas prints, stickers and posters, are not prefabricated, are made to order and individually personalized.

Despite the lack of a statutory right of return, Wallissimo offers the option of a return under the contractual returns policy. A return is possible if the product is original, undamaged and free of signs of use. To report a return, send the product to: TRVL MEDIA Limited, 99 Sir Adrian Dingli Street, SLM 1905 Sliema, Malta, or contact us by email at: info@wallissimo.com and include proof of purchase and a photo of the product. The return will be processed within 14 days. If the return is accepted, the customer will receive a gift card equal to the price of the returned product, valid for 12 months from the date of issue. The gift card can be used for further purchases on www.wallissimo.com. Direct return costs are borne by the customer; shipments sent with postage due will not be accepted.

Important notes

It is recommended to inspect the contents of the package in the presence of the courier. In case of damage, please prepare a damage report together with the courier and take photos of the damaged product. Due to the personalized nature of the products, minor color variations caused by technical screen parameters do not constitute grounds for a complaint.
