At Wallissimo, you can browse over 300 million photos and illustrations. Choose a motif from the search results and select the desired product (e.g., wallpaper mural, poster, canvas print, or wall sticker). Then personalize it: choose size, material, finish, and adjust the crop. Upon request, minor graphic edits can be made after contacting us at info@wallissimo.com. After placing your order, the product is manufactured individually for you.

All Wallissimo products are made individually after an order is placed (custom-sized). You define the size, material, crop, and other options—this creates a unique product tailored to your preferences.

Production usually takes 1–3 business days (excluding weekends). In exceptional cases, it may take slightly longer. Once finished and packed, the product is handed over to the courier. Delivery usually takes 3–9 business days depending on the location. The total delivery time is therefore usually 4–12 business days.

You can conveniently pay via PayPal, Stripe (Visa/Mastercard credit card), PayU, or traditional bank transfer.

Due to personalization and the printing process, minor differences (e.g., in color or detail reproduction) may occur compared to the screen preview—these result from technical factors (monitor settings) and do not constitute a defect. However, if the product is actually defective (e.g., printing error, transport damage), submit a complaint within 2 years to info@wallissimo.com — we will review it within 14 days.

Because all products are made individually according to your specifications, there is no statutory right of withdrawal. As a goodwill gesture, however, we grant a return option: you can send back the originally packed and undamaged product and receive a voucher equal to the paid amount (valid for 12 months). All motifs come from licensed stock image libraries. By purchasing, you acquire the right to private use of the personalized product. Commercial reuse or reproduction is prohibited.

Yes, minor graphic changes (e.g., removing elements, adjusting colors) are possible after contacting us at info@wallissimo.com. Larger edits are discussed individually.

Shipping costs are displayed during checkout depending on the selected method and delivery location. In Poland they are usually moderate; you will see exact amounts before finalizing the order.
