How do gift cards work?

The Wallissimo gift card is an electronic monetary voucher that the recipient can use to shop in our online store at wallissimo.com. The card is issued to the holder and has a unique code that can be redeemed during checkout.

Available denominations and detailed information on purchasing gift cards can be found during the checkout process on our website. After payment is received, the code will be sent to the specified email address within 24 hours.

How do you redeem a gift card?

Simply enter the gift card code in the appropriate field during the checkout process in our shop. The card's value will be automatically deducted from the order total. If the order value exceeds the card value, the difference can be paid using one of the available payment methods. The card is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

Gift cards in the context of returns

According to our policy, all products at Wallissimo are personalized and made to order, and therefore are not subject to the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Under our contractual returns policy, however, we offer the option to return the product in the form of a gift card equal to the refund amount. To use this option, the product must be in its original condition, undamaged and free of signs of use.
